The schedule in both directions
Travemünde → Helsinki
The ferry leaves in the middle of the night, usually at 02:00. Check-in at Skandinavienkai opens the evening before at 20:30 and closes 2 hours before departure; loading starts around 23:00. So you sleep on board the first night, spend the next day at sea and reach Helsinki-Vuosaari the following morning around 10:00 Finnish time.
Helsinki → Travemünde
At Vuosaari vehicle check-in runs daily from 12:00 to 14:00; the ferry usually sails at 15:00. After a night and a day at sea you arrive in Travemünde the next evening around 21:00 German time.
